COMMUNITY OUTREACH GRANTS

Humphreys United Club is pleased to offer financial assistance to clubs and organizations in our community on base through community grants. Our Community Outreach Committee reviews grant applications on a quarterly basis, in September, November, February, and May (grants are awarded the following months). COMMUNITY OUTREACH GRANT FAQ

When are the application deadlines?

  • September 1, 2023 (Extended till 22nd of September

  • November 1, 2023

  • January 2, 2024

  • March 1, 2024

Who can apply and what does United Club consider?

  • Organizations that are authorized to operate on post or in the process of becoming authorized to operate on post are eligible to receive grants. For the full list of 2023-2024 eligibility requirements, please click the red button below.

  • The United Club is eager to support community endeavors that will have a substantial impact on the community.

When do we need to spend the funds and submit receipts?

  • Recipients are required to spend funds within 60 days of receiving the grant check. Funds must be spent for the intended purpose as approved on the request form.

  • Receipts must be submitted to the United Club no later than 60 days after the funds have been received.

  • Any unused funds must be returned to the United Club immediately.
