Camp Humphreys United Club Scholarship Fund
Members of United Club, who are in good standing and have attended a minimum of 3 club events this year.
Dependents (listed as such in DEERS) of a United Club member who is in good standing and has attended a minimum of 3 club events this year.
All eligibility requirements will be verified upon receipt of application.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: March 2021
The scholarship is merit-based; financial need is not taken into consideration.
Late and/or incomplete applications will not be considered. This includes completed applications with any required documentation missing. There will be no exceptions.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION:
Electronically send your application to the Scholarship & Community Outreach Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Drop your application packet off at the Painted Door Thrift Shop during regular business hours.
Membership Fine Print, and Exceptions:
Club Membership must be effective no later than January 31, 2021.
Newly arriving members to Camp Humphreys: Members who arrived at Camp Humphreys after January 31, 2021, must have become a United Club Member within the first 30 days of arrival, with proof.
In 2020, United Club awarded $53,000 in scholarships to members and dependents attending institutions of higher education.
